Claratel Corporate Store Order Form
- The Claratel Corporate Items website is for all staff to order items.
- Review your order before submitting for size, quantity, and price total. Review the size chart to determine your best size.
- Auxiliary Services will process corporate orders on the last day of the month.
- Your order will be placed with the vendor, and the item(s) will ship to Claratel in 7-10 days.
- The cost of the item(s) will be processed by the payroll department and deducted from your paycheck.
- Once received from the vendor, your item(s) will be delivered to your work location.
- Auxiliary Services will notify you of any delays.
- All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
