Important Information
About Your First Appointment
All outpatient intake appointment take place at our Winn Way Mental Health Center.
A licensed clinician will provide a clinical assessment to determine if you are eligible for services, determine the most appropriate service, schedule your first therapist appointment, or provide referral information should it be determined that you do not meet eligibility criteria.
Claratel Behavioral Health provide services to uninsured and underinsured clients. We accept the following insurance providers: Medicare Part B w/Medicaid, Medicare Part B w/ QMB Medicaid, Medicaid, Amerigroup, Peach State, CareSource (Medicaid only), and Peach Care for Kids
We also offer a sliding fee scale for those without insurance that is based on income and family size. Click the button below to see the sliding fee scale.
Information to bring to your first appointment:
- Please bring your insurance card and a form of official identification
- If you don’t have insurance, please bring proof of income if available
