The Brighter DeKalb Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established to support behavioral health and developmental disability services provided by the DeKalb Community Service Board, has been selected as a 2014 Healthcare Champion by the Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority.

Brighter DeKalb Foundation will receive the Healthcare Champion award during a special reception held on December 7, 2014, prior to the start of the Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority’s 3rd Annual Health Summit.  The Healthcare Champion award recognizes and encourages exceptional work in the health industry.

“We are delighted to present Brighter DeKalb Foundation with this award in recognition of their commitment to providing quality behavioral health, developmental disability, and substance abuse services to the uninsured and underinsured youth and adults in DeKalb County, Georgia,” said Keri Norris, PhD, Chief of Health Policy and Administration at Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority.
