APEX School Based Program:
Claratel Behavioral Health partners with local schools with our APEX program. This program provides:
- Play therapy
- Group therapy
- Crisis Intervention
- Community support services
Emerging Adult Support Services
Emerging Adult Support Services offers additional engagement and strengths-based support to improve functioning for individuals ages 16 – 26 with a mental health diagnosis. Supplementary support includes individual and group therapy with a specialized clinician using the Transition to Independence (TIP) Model, peer support services in the community, and life skills training.
